Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Additionally, we require proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Note: The return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions to Returns

Some items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made items (e.g., personalized products)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
